Whether you're just passing through, or planning to stay a while on the Sunshine Coast, or just need somewhere to moor your boat with easy ocean access, Kawana Waters Marina provides you with all the facilities you need.

We are only a short stroll to one of the Sunshine Coasts' largest shopping centres, Kawana Shopping World, Kawana Waters Hotel, and many other shopping and dining facilities.

Marina Berths

The friendly staff at the Marina office will be happy to help you out with anything you might need and point you in the right direction.

There are 130 berths, all individually owned in the marina, with a wide range available for casual and long term berthing.

Rental berths range from 9 metres – 17metres. All have access to power and water.




Marinanet – wireless internet is also available.

On site we have showers & toilets (often reported to be the cleanest on the coast) and a coin operated laundry.

Fax, mail delivery, photocopy services and weather forecasts are also available from the marina office. Along with LPGas refills.

A free gas barbeque is available for our tenants use. Tuesday and Friday nights being the popular nights for liveaboard get togethers.

For those tenants with a vehicle there is also plenty of off street parking.

Marina office hours – Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 4pm
Saturday – 8.30am to 10.30am.

An after hours caretaker is available on the marina if you are arriving out of office hours.

Situated next door is a boat yard – Lawries Boat Services, with travel lift. Included in the yard are many marine associated services - chandlery, boat repairers, spray painters, marine electronic services, rigger, canvas repairer and new/used motor boat sales.
