PLEASE NOTE:

1. All above rates are based upon payment in advance
   Payments in arrears will be charged weekly rates.
2. All liveaboard is to be no more than 30 days in arrears.
3. Entry to the Marina is subject to the Marina Moorings Occupancy Agreement and Marina Rules and Regulations.
4. Boat length is the overall length including any protrusions or equipment. (Not deck or waterline length)
5. A $50.00 key deposit in required.
6. Air conditioners will be charged during the hot months, whether in permanent use or not.
7. All boats with oversize beams are subject to surcharge at the discretion of Management.
8. If you have a late departure then you will be charged for that day.
9. Multi hulls will be charged at 1 1/2 times the above rate.
